How do I apply for a visa?
The Visa Section is open for personal applications excluding public holidays. Between April and September the section is very busy. You should receive a speedier service outside these months. You will need a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining validity and space for a visa. Children must hold individual passports. Supporting documents will be needed for all applications. What is the British Government's Policy on Migration?
The Government has instituted a debate on migration policy, which is ongoing. Further information can be found at:

The entry requirements for a student, which must be fulfilled, are as follows:
That you have been accepted on a course of study at LSBC.
That it is a full time course not a collection of part-time courses at different educational establishments.
That you are able to and intend to follow the course you have applied for.
That you intend to leave at the end of your studies.
That you do not intend to work.
That you have adequate accommodation for yourself and any dependants without claiming benefits.
That you are able to meet all your costs.
